The beginning of summer is the perfect time for a thorough clean at home. The same applies to your customer details. We recommend reviewing your contact details and communication channel preferences once a year.

Why is it important to keep your contact details up to date?

We use your contact details to send invoices and important notifications, inform you about changes or service interruptions, and provide suitable solutions and offers.

For example, if colder weather leads to higher electricity consumption, having the correct contact details allows us to get in touch with you quickly and offer suitable solutions. If you would prefer to receive an e-invoice instead of a paper invoice, you can easily update this preference in self-service.

You decide which channel we use to contact you. You can choose to receive information by email, SMS, phone calls or other digital channels. You can also select the types of information you would like to receive:

  • Energy-related offers
  • Offers from our partners
  • Newsletters (for example, articles on energy saving, electric vehicles and smart home solutions)
  • Opportunities to participate in surveys

The right consents help us reach you in just the way and with the information that suits you – no more and no less. If you are in contact with us and your consents have not been updated within the last year, we’ll double-check them with you, just to be safe. This gives you a convenient way to confirm or update your preferences without having to log in to self-service separately.

We still recommend taking a few minutes once a year to review and tidy up your details. This helps ensure that important information and the best offers reach you at the right time.
