Great customer service is created by people who care and who truly want to understand the customer. For us, it starts with the mindset that every customer deserves attention and clear communication. Good Customer Service Month is a great opportunity to notice how our people bring this attitude to life every day.
This year, no fewer than seven Enefit customer service representatives made it into the TOP 100 service representatives in Estonia:

- 47th place – Anella Jürgens
- 68th place – Devid Lõvi
- 75th place – Katrin Guljajev
- 85th place – German Bauer
- 98th place – Merilin Urb
These results show that we are on the right track – a strong team creates strong customer service.
Customer feedback is just as important, as it highlights what works well. During Good Customer Service Month, we selected ten customers to thank for sharing their experiences with us. They received a personalised thank-you card and a piece of Enefit chocolate. It was our way of saying: “Thank you for taking the time. Thank you for noticing.”

That is why we consistently invest in developing our team’s skills and mindset. Each year, Good Customer Service Month gives us a chance to highlight Enefit’s strong customer service culture.
Throughout the month, we focused on offering our people opportunities to grow – in terms of knowledge, skills and mindset. We carried out various training and development activities that helped us collectively reflect on what makes service more than simply answering a phone call or responding to an email.
