On 15 September, the KredEx call for applications will open, helping apartment associations make their buildings more energy-efficient. The grant will be open for only 30 days, so swift action is required. One important step in applying for the grant is having an energy performance certificate.
An energy performance certificate is a document that shows how energy-efficient your home or apartment building is – how much energy is used for heating, electricity, hot water production, and so on.
It must be submitted to KredEx together with the application documentation to prove the existing energy class and to show the new energy class that will be achieved after the renovation works. The grant is available only if the building becomes more energy-efficient after the renovation works.
