The grant will be open for only 30 days, so swift action is required. One important step in applying for the grant is having an energy performance certificate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An energy performance certificate is a document that shows how energy-efficient your home or apartment building is \u2013 how much energy is used for heating, electricity, hot water production, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It must be submitted to KredEx together with the application documentation to prove the existing energy class and to show the new energy class that will be achieved after the renovation works.
